Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide proactive HR support to the School Leadership Team (SLT) and staff across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination to compliance, employee relations, and HR administration.You will work closely with colleagues across the school and wider Cognita network, ensuring HR practices align with Italian labour law and Cognita standards. With around 100 employees on site, this is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care.This is a permanent, full-time, term-time only role (38 hours per week across five days), with flexibility in working hours.
