The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in HR systems—particularly KEKA HRMS.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation in KEKA HRMS.Coordinate recruitment logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.Assist with monthly payroll data collection, attendance reconciliation, and leave management.Ensure timely updates of employee information in HRMS and maintain confidentiality.Prepare HR letters, memos, and employee communications.Support the implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and internal events.Assist in performance appraisal cycles and data compilation.Liaise with PRO/Administration for visa renewals and employee compliance documentation.Provide administrative support for audits, reports, and HR analytics.🎓Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE (preferably in the real estate or corporate sector).Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS or other cloud-based HR platforms is preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR operations.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.📩 How to ApplyIf you’re ready to contribute to a growing real estate brand and take your HR career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you! 👉 Click “Easy Apply”
