Job Description

Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. The HR Coordinator will assist in recruitment, employee record management, onboarding processes, and overall HR coordination to ensure smooth HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersAssist in recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesPrepare HR documents such as employment contracts and lettersSupport employee engagement activities and HR initiativesAssist in attendance, leave records, and HR reportingEnsure HR policies and procedures are followedHandle general HR administrative tasksRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply)Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Location: PakistanJob Type: Full-timeHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their CV to khazina.mobin@ahwaal.com mir.rizwanullah@sowaan.com with the subject line “HR Coordinator Application”.
