HR Coordinator : Hyrbid working options availableLocation: Dudley, DY4Job type: PermanentReports to : HR Business PartnerSalary: A GBP 35,000 per annum + bonusHawk 3 Talent Solution, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our clients team in Dudley.Hybrid working options available with 3 days office based and 2 days working from home (first 3 months of the role will be fully office based)This is a varied, hands on position ideal for someone who enjoys being the go:to person for all things HR : supporting employees, working with managers and stepping up to lead daily HR operations when required.The RoleManaging accurate employee records and ensuring GDPR compliancePreparing contracts, offer letters and other key HR documentationCoordinating the full onboarding process from right to work checks to induction planningProviding payroll support by supplying timely and accurate monthly dataTracking attendance and absences in line with company policiesActing as first point of contact for HR queries across the businessSupporting recruitment activity, including writing job adverts, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidatesAssisting with employee relations processes, including note:taking for disciplinaries and grievancesOrganizing maintaining training schedules and recordsHR Operations And LeadershipStepping into oversee daily HR / office operations int eh absence of the HRBPOffering HR advice to managers and teams, using knowledge of policies and employment lawPrioritising a busy workload and ensuring HR tasks are delivered efficientlyCompliance And ReportingEnsuring all HR activities comply with current employment legislationProducing HR reports and metrics such as turnover, absence, and training dataMaintaining secure and organized HR filing systemsAbout YouCIPD level 3 qualificationStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident user of MS Office and HR systemsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionA proactive and willingness to developAt least 3 years experience in a HR Administrator / Coordinator role, ideally with some advisory experienceExperience supporting recruitment, ER processes and HR projects would be advantageousBenefitsPMILife insurance3 pension contributionHybrid working options availableBonusfor this position, please submit your CV via the Apply Now button or contact for more information.
