Job Description

Drive Data accuracy and standardization including data extraction, analysis and cleansing.Work with institution HR and HR share service team to understand variation of data definition and purpose of field and propose universal cluster level data definitions.Identify data inconsistencies and errors across different institutions.Analyse data and statistics to form insights to improve data quality and standardization. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues and conduct data cleansing exercise by the timely base.Assist in Data Cleaning, profiling, harmonization, and other components within HR related systems.Work on Data Quality reporting to determine the quality of source data being transformed and able to document.PMO Support for Data Harmonization and other key MP&A ProjectsInternship period: 1 Year Full-timeCommencement period: Immediate
