The Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) is located at the Bluesky office, Tan Binh District – near Tan Son Nhat Airport. POSITION SUMMARYDepartment: Human ResourcesSection: HR Tech & DigitalizationRole Purpose: The HR Digital Systems Developer plays a critical role in driving the digital transformation of KFC Vietnam’s people systems and processes. The position develops, maintains, and enhances KFC Vietnam’s in-house HR system and related digital tools—including payroll, attendance, performance, and other HR applications.As a member of the HR team, this individual combines technical development expertise with strong business understanding to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR technology. The role is hands-on and independent, working closely with HR colleagues, IT infrastructure, and external vendors to design and implement digital solutions that improve the employee experience.Key Responsibilities:1.      HR Digital Product Development: Design, code, and deploy new modules or digital solutions for HR processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement).Enhance and modernize the in-house HR system based on evolving business needs and user feedback.Translate HR functional requirements into technical specifications and implement practical, reliable solutions.Build automation workflows to simplify HR operations and reduce manual tasks.Ensure all developments follow best practices in architecture, scalability, and information security.2.      Data Integration & Digital ArchitectureDevelop and maintain integrations between HR systems and other company platforms (Lemon, Transit, POS, Payroll, CX etc.).Ensure consistent, accurate, and secure data exchange across multiple systems.Manage database structure, performance, access control, and backup processes to safeguard data integrity.3.      System Reliability & OptimizationMonitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.Manage testing, version control, and deployment of code updates.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruption to HR operations.Ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements for data privacy and security.Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities with minimal downtime.4.      HR User Experience & EnablementServe as the HR team’s in-house technical expert, collaborating closely with HR colleagues to turn user needs into digital improvements.Provide technical support for HR system users and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Develop user manuals, quick guides, and training sessions to enhance digital capability within HR.Collect feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously improve usability and adoption of HR tools.5.      People Analytics & Insights: Contribute to HR data governance by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality6.      Digital Projects & Vendor CollaborationLead or support HR digitalization projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch review.Coordinate with IT infrastructure and external software vendors to ensure system quality, security, and timely delivery.Prepare project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.Research and recommend emerging HR technologies (e.g., AI, chatbots, low-code/no-code tools) that align with KFC Vietnam’s digital roadmap.Key Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.Minimum 5 years of experience in system or application development using C# and MS SQLStrong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, learning, performance management, etc.). Experience in database management (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle etc.) and API integration.Knowledge of cloud environments, data security, and user access control.
