Experience at renowned oilfield service companies is preferred.Familiar with global development trends and cutting-edge technologies in oil and gas field development.Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of coordinating internal and external resources, motivating team members, making quick decisions under complex conditions, and solving problems effectively.
