Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning while also ensuring seamless execution of HR operations across multiple functions. You will play an instrumental role in designing organisational structures that support business agility and growth ambitions. Success in this position means not only optimising current processes but also inspiring trust among employees at every level through transparent communication and genuine care for their development.Develop and implement both long-term (three-year) and short-term (six to twelve months) human resources strategies aligned with ambitious revenue growth targets and business expansion plans.Design an organisational development roadmap tailored to each stage of company growth, including chain expansion, new brand launches, and international market entry.Collaborate closely with executive management to plan organisational capabilities, identify critical talent needs, establish succession pipelines, and create effective retention mechanisms.Standardise and enhance all HR operational processes such as job descriptions, workforce planning, performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR), onboarding procedures, training programmes, and exit protocols.Deploy robust competency assessment frameworks and transparent performance measurement systems that support a high-performance culture across all levels of the organisation.Work hand-in-hand with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and propose structural solutions that elevate team effectiveness from management to frontline staff.Oversee the entire HR function including recruitment, compensation & benefits, administration, and internal communications to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Champion the creation of a unique corporate culture by initiating engagement activities that foster belonging and reflect the brand’s core values.Establish comprehensive HR analytics reporting systems to inform data-driven decision-making at the strategic level.What You BringThe ideal candidate for the HR Director role brings extensive experience managing complex human resources functions within large-scale organisations.
