Position OverviewJob Title - HR Divisional Management SpecialistCorporate Title - Assistant Vice PresidentLocation - Bangalore, India Role DescriptionThe HR Divisional Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities from the wide range of HR governance and compliance tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members. The Specialist’s responsibilities may include all or some of the following, financial planning and business forecasting, reporting output quality and performance metrics, ensuring satisfactory infrastructure and control function service level delivery and supplier sourcing and pricing negotiations. In addition, the Divisional Management Specialist may be responsible for analysing the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast. The Divisional Management Specialist is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services.What We’ll Offer YouAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Compliance: Lead internal controls for HR policies and practices, ensure labor law compliance, and manage relationships with statutory authorities.Vendor & Financial Oversight: Govern HR vendors through due diligence, performance reviews and contract managementPolicy & Risk Management: Drive periodic updates of employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures, lead HR inputs to audits risk workshops and mitigation actions.Operation & Service Excellence: Oversee HR operations governance, monitor SLA’s/KPI’s and ensure escalation to country/regional leadership as needed.Strategic HR leadership: Advise leadership and regulatory changes and HR governance capability within the teamKey Responsibilities:This role is responsible to varying degrees for (but not limited to) the following topics for HR India:Establishing and monitoring proper internal control and governance processes for HR and policies/proceduresOversight and management of vendors for labor law complianceManaging relationship with statutory bodies such as the Ministry of Labor and other statutory bodies where necessaryWorking with Legal and Global Sourcing on Vendor reviews, selections and appointments.Managing HR Vendor relationshipsManaging day to day HR Budgets (Financial and FTE) and providing transparency on HR costs to relevant managementCoordinating the updates of the employee handbooks and the documentation of Key Operating ProceduresGovernance over HR Policies and Cost ManagementCoordinating HR inputs to HR audits and Risk Workshops, and resulting actions/reports.IT coordination, including hardware, software and access management, as well as associated cost monitoring, local BISO issues and license compliance (Excluding Transaction Management)Managing the relationship between HR and HR OperationsGoverning the SLA’s of HR & HR Operations, including the monitoring of established KPIs, and ensuring escalation to HR country Head and Regional HR COO, as appropriateYour Skills And Experience10 years’ experience in some combination of operations, finance, governance or control functionsAn understanding of Accounting/Bookkeeping.Working knowledge of India Labor LawsGood knowledge of MS Office productsFluent English language skills, including excellent written communication styleManagement experience, including managing activities/solutions remotelyStrong Advisory skillsStrong Customer & Service OrientationPerformance Orientation and track record of delivery within agreed measures for successProven track record of acting with integrity and fairnessOpenness to Innovation & Change, and to helping lead others through the change processLeader and team playerExperience of cost & risk management processesHow We’ll Support YouTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsAbout Us And Our TeamsPlease visit our company website for further information:https://www.db.com/company/company.htmlWe strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
