BalanceNow is a 501(c) nonprofit think tank focused on increasing diversity and inclusion in the leadership of media, government, and all leaders who make decisions on your/our behalf. Please learn about us before applying: www.balancenow.coThe HR Engagement Team Member is responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition to this, they will be responsible for maintaining Balance Now’s internal directory of Team Members, conducting all internal communications via email and Slack, conducting check-in interviews and exit interviews, coordinating letter of recommendation and certificate of completion for Team Members, working on projects related to Team Member engagement, internship satisfaction, Balance Now culture, and organizational development. You will work remotely for 15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. The duration of the internship is a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months.
