12 months renewable contract roleWork location - Changi Business ParkClient - BankKey Responsibilities Drive and manage employee well-being using a holistic approach, including the execution of well-being strategies, approaches, and interventions. Design and implement culture interventions by diagnosing organizational needs, designing, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to enable leaders, managers, and employees to demonstrate desired behaviors. Facilitate workshops and webinars, leading interactive sessions for both employees and leaders to promote engagement and learning. Support organizational change by developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and smooth adaptation throughout transitions. Lead cross-functional projects, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely completion and delivery of expected outcomes. Utilize employee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to assess organizational needs and the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs and ensure seamless implementation across departments.Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful OD programs and initiatives. Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects, including the ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively. Strong workshop and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, encourage participation, and manage group dynamics. Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to guide teams effectively through organizational change. Highly motivated and independent worker, capable of taking initiative and driving projects from concept to completion. Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to inspire others to do the same. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends, draw insights, and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
