Job Description

ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour law.Support recruitment activities in close cooperation with the central HR team.Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in the Dubai office in line with company's process.Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR reports.Liaise with external partners (PRO, visa, insurance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.Assist in building a positive, inclusive, and supportive office culture.Basic QualificationsGood understanding of UAE labour law and HR procedures.Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement processes is an advantage.Professional Requirements2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and organizational skills.English — fluent; Arabic will be an advantage.Detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused.ConditionsA chance to build HR processes in a growing international company.Support and mentorship from an experienced HR lead.Friendly and professional team environment.Competitive benefits package.
