HR Executive - Talent Department Role SummaryThe HR Executive – Talent is responsible for supporting the full range of HR and administrative activities related to the company’s teaching and training teams. This includes teacher recruitment, onboarding, contract management, rate tracking, and performance administration.The role works closely with Teacher Program Manangers (TPMs), Training Leads, and Group Programs Manager to ensure teacher-related HR processes are well executed, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that supports the business in managing its largest and most dynamic talent group.Key Responsibilities Teacher Recruitment & OnboardingSupport the end-to-end teacher recruitment process — from posting vacancies, scheduling auditions/interviews, to preparing offer documentation.Coordinate onboarding and induction for new teachers, ensuring all required materials and contracts are in place.Maintain teacher personnel files and ensure all documentation (certifications, insurance, NDAs) are updated and compliant. Contract & Rate ManagementPrepare, issue, and track teacher contracts, renewal letters, and rate adjustments.Maintain an up-to-date teacher rate master list and ensure alignment with Finance for payroll accuracy.Support the Group Finance Manager in verifying class payments, rates, and allowances. HR Administration & ComplianceKeep accurate HR records for all teaching staff.Ensure compliance with company policies, MOM standards, and safety regulations.Support reporting on teaching headcount, turnover, and training attendance. Performance & Engagement SupportCoordinate teacher probation reviews, feedback sessions, and appraisals with Brand Leads.Assist in organising teacher workshops, events, and recognition activities.Escalate any issues or grievances through proper channels while maintaining confidentiality.Key RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or education industry.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Discreet, reliable, and collaborative team player.
