This role combines human resources administration with office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidatesSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation coordinationMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systemsAssist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave managementCoordinate employee engagement activities and company eventsHandle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresPrepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as requiredSupport performance appraisal processes and training coordinationGeneral Affairs (GA)Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operationsCoordinate with building management, vendors, and service providersHandle office maintenance requests and ensure a safe, clean working environmentManage company assets, inventory, and procurement of office suppliesCoordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staffOversee reception area, visitor management, and office securityManage company vehicles, parking, and transportation arrangements (if applicable)Support administrative tasks including document control, filing, and correspondenceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulationsWho We're Looking For:Work Rights:Thai permanent work rights onlyExperiences:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or General Affairs rolesExperience in a similar combined HR & GA role is an advantageFresh graduates with strong internship experience may be consideredEducation:Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM/ Business Management or any related fieldSkills & Competencies:Good understanding of HR practices, labor law, and general affairs operationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and spoken)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with HRIS or HR systems is a plusDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionService-minded with a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPersonal Attributes:Proactive and self-motivatedAdaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levelsProfessional demeanor and appearanceLanguage Skills:Good command in spoken and written in EnglishComputer skills:Excellent skills in MS Office programs especially Excel formulas and PowerPointHow to ApplyIf the above description fits your background, please apply with:Your updated resume (in English)A recent photoYour expected salary
