You will be part of the HR Services team, consisting of HR advisors and HR operations colleagues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBe responsible for the whole employee journey including managing employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal, ultimately to enhance the employee experience.Managing a variety of projects aligned with business objectives, including workflow automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and streamlining operations.,Create and manage a modern self-service environment for employees to easily access. Offering timely and qualitative support whilst ensuring the smooth handling of processes.Use HR metrics to analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. KEY REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the HR operations field and in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with Dutch labor law and its practical application.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project skills; proficient in Excel with high attention to detail.Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to take ownership of employee issues. Experience in global settings and setting up new entities is a plus.Available for 6 months
