About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Generalist to support our growing team, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations team, and is ideal for someone with experience in restaurant or retail environments and corporate recruitment.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate rolesFacilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentationCommunicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelinesMaintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systemsSupport general HR tasks including employee relations, compliance, and documentationAssist with payroll coordination and benefits administrationUtilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP for recruitment and HR processesQualifications:2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboardingExperience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferredFamiliarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADPStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyWhy Join Us?Collaborative team environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on hiring and employee experienceGrowth potential within a supportive HR structureBenefits:Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. Employment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday, EST Salary Range: $1000 - $1200 per month
