HR Generalist (Arabic Speaker)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll, visa processing, and online HR tools/portals, with strong communication and multitasking skills.Location: UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2–5 years Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.Handle monthly payroll and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS standards.Oversee employee visa and immigration processes, coordinating with PROs and free zone/government authorities.Manage VAT-related HR coordination and support financial documentation.Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.Administer and update HR portals and HRIS tools (MOHRE, Free Zone, HRMS, etc.) for accurate data and reporting.Support recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement activities.Prepare HR reports and assist with audit and compliance requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and visa processing (UAE experience mandatory).Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa/immigration procedures.Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, MOHRE, Free Zone, and online HR portals.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Arabic speaking candidates preferred.Immediate joiners will be given priority.Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
