Location: East of SingaporeHigh-growth startup organisationFrazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation to appoint an HR Generalist for their Singapore office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to take ownership of HR operations locally, while contributing to broader global HR initiatives.This hands-on role blends operational excellence with strategic influence, offering the chance to lead HR practices that are legally compliant, employee-friendly, and talent-ready. You will work closely with local business leaders and collaborate with the HR Director to support and implement global HR programs, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and priorities.As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes, while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and the employee handbook in accordance with Singapore’s labour laws. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, handling grievances and disciplinary matters independently, and championing work culture and engagement efforts locally. The role also includes participation in global HR projects such as HRIS rollouts, performance frameworks, and culture programs.The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and a proven track record as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity. Experience managing diverse workforces across job types, generations, and nationalities is essential. You should be confident working independently, with the ability to balance operational detail and strategic thinking in a dynamic, international environment.This is a rare opportunity to lead HR operations at a global HQ while contributing to international HR initiatives.
