SeoulPyeongtaekOn-Site Freudenberg Vilene Filtration Technologies Korea Co. Ltd.HR Generalist Responsibilities Implementation of HR policies and processes in Korea. Interact with management and employees actively, and bridge communication link between management and employees.Conduct Compensation & Benefit related work which includes: Accuracy check various reports, payroll, budget, salary review and annual bonus, etc. Maintain the process, standard, form accordingly.Assist line managers to establish harmonious employee relations, work with lawyer to provide consulting and facilitation to supervisors for disciplinary management or employee relationship cases handling.Collaborate with reginal HR team and global HR team to support on HR programs. Localize global process and implement in Korea.Responsible for local general affair management.Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in HR, business, law or related. 6-8 years of professional HR working experience.Solid knowledge in Korean labor laws and practices. Overview on labor market and legal environment in Korea.Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates. Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential. Experience to work in complex and international matrix organizations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Solid Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Business sense and overview, strong entrepreneur orientated mind-set.
