AthensHybrid Work FHP Hellas S.A.You support our team as HR Generalist Greece (f/m/d) Responsibilities Provides HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (ELM) for all assigned organizational units and teams.Manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee and organizational development, training and learning, as well as compensation and benefits administration.Supports HR and business leaders on local training and development initiatives.Coordinates and administers the recruitment process, supporting the HR Director and line managers; participating in internal Talent Acquisition or external agency briefing, pre-screening candidates, first-round interviews. offer development and negotiation.Maintains and updates all relevant HR systems (especially Workday and the local payroll system), and ensures smooth coordination with external providers.Ensures full compliance with corporate and local policies, procedures, and standards, aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.Serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–4 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar positionSolid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and learning & developmentExperience working with HR systems (Workday is a plus) and coordinating with external providers (e.g. payroll)Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in Greek and English, both written and spokenThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
