Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.Basic QualificationsCurrently in your penultimate (graduating in 2027) or last year and working towards a university (Bachelor or Master) degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline.Eligible and available to complete a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3-6 months with a start date between January and July 2026.Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).Preferred QualificationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
