We are looking for an HR Generalist who manages the full employee lifecycle, oversees payroll in Switzerland and the U.S., and advises managers and employees on HR and labor law matters. You will drive process improvements, support development initiatives, and act as deputy to the Head of HR.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company’s HR strategy and talent needs.Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters, serving as a trusted sparring partner.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including accurate and timely HR administration from entry to exit, and maintain master data for payroll processing.Review and oversee payroll processing carried out by external service providers for approximately 90 employees in Switzerland and for the U.S. business.Organize and maintain HR documentation within the SAGE HRIS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes to support efficient and future-oriented HR operations.Support employee development initiatives, including coaching for professionals and managers.Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal HR policies and guidelines.Collaborate closely with the Head of HR on strategic HR projects and initiatives.Act as deputy for the Head of HR during absences, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR certification or plan to complete the eidg. HR-Fachfrau / - Fachmann within 1-2 years.Several years of professional experience in a comparable role and broad operational HR expertise.Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.Solid understanding of Swiss employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.Dedicated and resilient person with strong initiative, enjoying change processes, with a positive mindset and flexibility in dynamic work environments.Structured and reliable way of working, combined with strong service orientation and a practical, solution-oriented consulting style.Fluency in German and English.A PLUS WOULD BE:Passion for AviationFamiliarity with CE and UL standards is a plus—but we’ll help you grow!Loft Dynamics is a team of over 90 passionate hard- and software engineers, highly specialized developers, and dedicated aviation and production experts that has achieved the world's first qualification for a Virtual Reality Motion training device by the European Aviation Safety Authority EASA with its Robinson R22 & Airbus H125 training solutions.
