HR Generalist (Midtown; 100% In-Office)

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Midtown in their search for an HR Generalist. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in Atlanta, GA will be considered since in-office work is required.Responsibilities:Support daily HR operations aligning with company policiesRespond promptly to employee requests related to benefits & payrollSupport sourcing and recruitment effortsMaintain accurate records in HRIS systemManage full employment cycle of new employeesParticipate in HR audits and reportingAssist with Employee Relations issuesRequirements:Must have 2+ years of full-cycle HR experienceBachelor's Degree preferredExperience in Paycom is preferredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust maintain confidentialityMust be a team player with strong collaborative skillsMust possess sound judgment and the ability to prioritizeDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
