This is a 12-month temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to make a long-term impact in a global HR environment. Position OverviewAs HR Generalist, you will be part of the global HR team and take ownership of key HR processes including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and HRIS. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and process employee data (hiring, termination, time off, payroll, benefits, health & safety) in the HRIS systemEnsure compliance with data privacy standards and country-specific labor regulationsAdvise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and compensation reviewsLead employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and resolutionManage recruitment and onboarding processes for the DACH regionNegotiate contracts with vendors supporting HR processes About YouBachelor's degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or related field5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Advisor role, preferably with international exposureStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex situationsAble to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressureResilient, positive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environmentFluent in German and EnglishLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
