Supervise and monitor the recruitment team, to ensure that all manpower requests are met on time through job posting and sourcing in different job sites and social media hiring groups.Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist/Recruitment OfficerExperience in the retail industry or agency is an advantageWith experience in handling Promodisers and or merchandisersCan work under pressure and without supervisionMust be a BS Psychology or Business Administration graduate or any four (4) yrs. course
