Are you looking for a professional challenge that combines personal growth with real impact? 📈We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Milan office and support the employees of Sabseg Group in Italy.This position will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor legislation while promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment.Who we are 🌍Sabseg Group is a specialized insurance broker with an international presence.Our purpose is to be the leading independent insurance broker in Southern Europe, creating a positive impact on companies, people, and our communities.What will you do?We are looking for a versatile professional, able to combine experience in labor relations with strong skills in talent development, employee support, and communication.Your main responsibilities will include: Managing payroll (in collaboration with external labor advisors). Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and acting as the local reference point for employment matters. Serving as the link between the Milan office and the headquarters, regularly reporting on HR activities and KPIs. Managing relationships with local labor advisors and handling legal and contractual matters related to employees. Supporting recruitment and selection processes, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires and following up throughout their integration period. Collaborating on training initiatives, contributing to the design and implementation of the annual training plan. Participating in talent development and employee engagement projects.Who are we looking for? 🔎 University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.A master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in HR will be considered a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR regulations. Advanced proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel. High level of English and Spanish. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
