As an HR Generalist and Talent Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by leading efforts in talent acquisition and recruitment while supporting other key HR areas, transformation and organizational growth. Your Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction and retention of the workforce. Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, ensure effective workforce planning, and develop strategies to address critical skill gaps.Manage and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively. Manage the Talent Acquisition strategy, by localizing Regional and Global initiatives, including the promotion of the EVP through employer branding campaigns and communication channels.Other areas of competenceSupport fair and competitive compensation practices to ensure internal equity and market alignment.Assist in salary reviews, bonus programs, and the implementation of total rewards strategies in line with regional and corporate guidelines.Help identify employee training needs and support the delivery.Collaborate with external partners to manage training funds and explore opportunities for additional funding.If necessary, support payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely execution in collaboration with the team and the external provider.
