OverviewTeltonika, a Lithuanian family-run IoT company with 25+ years of experience and 2,500 employees worldwide, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Mexico office.The role supports people strategy, talent acquisition, employee life cycle, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing, global environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the complete employee lifecycle: handle contracts, leaves, sick days, and signing processes.Maintain personnel information within the HRM system (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors).Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: ensure smooth transitions, background checks, and access management.Oversee office resources: supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.Ensure regulatory compliance: local labor laws and internal policies.Collaborate daily with local and HQ managers and employees.Administer leave, disciplinary matters, performance, talent management, occupational health, and safety; conduct exit interviewsand improve office processes.Organizational Development and CultureImprove organizational climate and culture: design and implement strategies.Promote communication and engagement: foster well-being and active participation.Drive change and continuous improvement: promote organizational change projects.Conduct work environment surveys and coordinate improvement actions.Talent and Performance ManagementHandle full-cycle recruitment: from attracting talent to final hiring stage.Identify training and development needs: coordinate programs and manage career plans.Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems: generate data-driven metrics.Conduct workplace environment surveys and exit interviews: gather feedback for continuous improvement.HR Matters and AnalyticsAdminister disciplinary matters and terminations in accordance with company policies.Promote occupational health and safety: ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Establish and analyze HR KPIs: use data to propose strategic improvements in talent management.What We Expect of YouGood English language skills (both spoken and written).CV is required in English.Solid understanding of local labor laws & legislation.At least 2+ years of similar experience managing the full employee life cycle.At least 1+ year of successful recruitment & headhunting experience.Can work independently in a dynamic, fast, results-oriented environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.What We OfferGrowth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.Professional development through internal training and knowledge sharing.Dynamic, inclusive work culture with onsite collaboration.Competitive salary and local contract.Vacation: 12 days per year, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus.Social Security (IMSS), Profit Sharing (PTU), maternity leave, and other benefits.Team building and office celebrations.Workweek: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; weekends free.Office located at Lago Victoria 74, Piso 5, Colonia Granada, C.P. ***** CDMX.Salary and BenefitsCompensation is competitive and depends on the candidate's skillset and expertise.For questions or to apply, please contact our recruitment colleague Mhailing López at ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
