Come and lead our human resources group as Human Resources Head (Philippines).Join Infosys BPM Philippines and jumpstart your career!Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning - Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Employee Engagement - Develops and implements programs to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.Performance Management - Designs and implements performance management systems to ensure employee performance meets client and business expectations.Training and Development - Creates and implements training programs to enhance agent and leadership skills.Employee Relations - Provides guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Benefits and Compensation - Designs and implements competitive benefits and compensation programs.Compliance - Ensures compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and client requirements.Budgeting - Manages the HR budget and ensures effective use of resources.Reporting and Analytics - Provides HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
