HR Intern - People Engagement & Branding

Job DescriptionsAssist in planning and executing internal events that promote team collaboration and employee engagement.Support initiatives aimed at enhancing people engagement within the organization.Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create content and campaigns that highlight our company culture.Perform various HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and supporting HR operations.Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.Strong interest in HR, particularly in employee engagement and employer branding.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in BSD Tangerang Selatan.Ready to join immediately
