Together, we’re shaping the future by enabling customers to make pivotal decisions that safeguard communities and power progress.HR Intern (Shared Services) The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.Responsibilities:Support the Payroll process and HRIS systemCreate, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of dataGenerate employee profile and report from Workday and Times Solution for statutory survey, reporting and analysisParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for global and local HRIS rolloutSupport in the creation of simple user training materials, FAQs or quick reference guidesIdentifying areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and helping to implement solutions that improve efficiencyParticipate in HR projects as and when assignedRequirements:Undergraduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Information SystemsProficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Power BIPrior exposure to Workday and Times Solution system will be an advantagePossess good interpersonal communication and organizational skillsIndependent, proactive and self-motivated learnerDetail-oriented and able to maintain confidentialityAble to commit to a 6 months internshipAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
