Responsibilities Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records. Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting. Contribute to talent development initiatives, such as training programs and career development plans. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as onboarding and employee engagement programs. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining HR files.Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Strong interest in human resources and organizational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).l, Outlook).
