If you are looking for a career to be developed as an HR Learning & Development Senior Specialist and are willing to live in one of the most beautiful cities of Turkey, Antalya, SunExpress opens its gate to you!All we expect from you is being keen to learn and improve, being self-motivative, and creative, and having a high level of English proficiency and familiarity with new technologies.Do you think that we are defining you?Perfect, then we are waiting for your application for this job for the possibility to be a part of our sunny atmosphere where people enjoy working together.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in related fields,Job-related experience minimum 6 years in HR training and development,Excellent command of written and spoken English,Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications,Experience in establishing of Training Academy is an advantageContent Development experience preferredFull knowledge of learning theory and instructional designExperience in SAP and LMSCritical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills,Strong interpersonal and communication skillsGood team player, well-disciplined and well-organized,Experience in a multinational work environment,Locates or willing to locate in Antalya.No travel restrictionJob Description:Assesses the training needs, plans the training in accordance with the target audience, conduct budget, and analysis studies,Collaborates effectively with other department stakeholders and has a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements,Conducts relationships with training providers and designs tailor-made training programs for specific departmental needs,Identifies appropriate internal and external resources and providers for development programs and training catalogs,Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses,Assists in developing and implementing leadership development and organizational development training programs,Plans and carries out all organizations related to training (training room, training materials, trainer travel procedures, training participation, and evaluation forms, etc.),Conducts training evaluations and reports regularly,Assesses the success of the development plans and modifies and enables where necessary,Supports training procurement processes and records and monitors training-related data in relevant files,Stays updated on the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.SunExpress, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcomes all applicants independent of individual differences.
