MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.AufgabenOur heart beats for talents - be one of them!To strengthen our motivated Group Human Resources & Internal Communication Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate HR Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for 20-25 hours/week.Your RoleYou act as the right hand of our Head of Group HR and the International Business Partners, providing expert advice on employment law mattersYou define and maintain employment law standardsYou design and manage employment and management contracts, and develop policies and guidelines for our leaders in close collaboration with local experts and/or external law firmsYou manage employment-related legal disputes, liaise with external counsel, and represent the company's positionYou lead and support contractual negotiations with our leaders, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with company standardsYou support the preparation of presentations and materials for specific projects and occasionsYou are hands-on, collaborative, and ready to contribute wherever your expertise adds valueProfilYour ProfileYou hold a degree in law, ideally with a specialisation in employment law (preferably Austrian and/or German)You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in a law firm, consultancy, and/or the Legal/HR department of an international organisationYou have a strong understanding of employment relations and a proven track record of successfully managing diverse employment-related mattersYou are skilled at seting clear priorities and delivering results efficiently in a dynamic environmentYou excel at building and maintaining trusted, effective relationships, particularly with leadersYou communicate with confidence and precision, in both German and English (C-level)Wir bietenOur OfferJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!We offer you a workplace in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
