Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters is a plus).2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.3. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.4. Able to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling employee issues and data-driven decisions.
