HR Manager

RoleA reputed organization is seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead key people initiatives with a strong emphasis on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.The position is suited for someone with a solid foundation in overall HR management who is passionate about fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and monitor organization-wide Learning & Development programs. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads. Develop and manage annual training calendars and capability-building initiatives. Drive employee engagement and performance improvement programs. Support broader HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation. Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. Maintain HR metrics, reports, and ensure compliance with internal HR policies. RequirementsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 8–12 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Management. Proven track record of designing and executing impactful learning initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
