Are you passionate about social and labour law, pension, hard HR topics as well as partnering with the industrial operations business delivering a best in class employee experience? Join us as HR Manager and work together with a team of experts on delivering a great employee experience and service to our local Belgian employees. You will provide local HR support to our Mortsel production site covering the entire employee lifecycle scope. You will be part of a diverse HR Team delivering in-country HR support.You provide support for local managers and employees in the various areas of the HR process for the Mortsel & Heultje production site (blue collar/white collar and management population -> 500 employees)You support and coordinate all employee lifecycle processes in your business/function such as onboarding, performance management, learning & development, recruitment, promotions, compensation, talent reviews and offboardingYou thrive to build and deliver a best-in-class employee experienceYou act as sparring partner for the local management of the area of responsibility in conflict resolution and in change processesYou will collaborate on projects focusing on HR operations and processes resulting in improving our HR services delivery You support employee and labor relations for our local organization and develop strong and trusting relations with colleagues and stakeholdersYou work together with the CoE colleagues in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards to implement and deploy initiatives locallyTo be successful in your role you have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Law or Economics/Business Administration or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of HR management experience in an operational environmentYou are a true people person who is customer oriented and enjoys working in a team You use your interpersonal skills to build a strong relationship with your stakeholders and colleaguesYou represent the ‘human' in your title and make sure the well-being of all employees is securedYou are a true problem solver and you think in solutions.
