You’ll design, optimize, and lead our people processes, from recruitment to offboarding, and lift our employee experience to the next level. You’ll partner with leaders to make Chordify an even better place to work, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.YouHave 5+ years of HR work-experience in Dutch organizationsHave at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldHave strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Dutch & English)Have proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, with a focus on process improvementHave excellent knowledge of Dutch labor law and the ability to translate it into practical solutionsAre proficient in setting up HR systems and data-driven decision makingAre located in the NetherlandsWeAre a bunch of friendly, open, always caring people, from a variety of cultural and professional backgroundsAre an autonomous workforce, with our own flavor of the Holacracy methodAre a flat organization without micromanagementLove music!Our work philosophy is simple: We believe in an autonomous workforce where everybody takes care of themselves and their work.
