We are looking for who is responsible for executing Human Resources processes for international projects located in Europe, Central Asia, and Gulf countries as a HR Manager.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations)Min 10 years related experience in Human Resources Management (Preferable in international projects)Having knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BIVery good communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written EnglishAnalytical, energetic, result-oriented and constructive approachStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.Job Description:Improving, monitoring, and controlling all HR related processesCreating annual workforce plansEvaluating HR analytics to ensure continuous improvement in processesMonitoring operational risks through early warning indicators and maintaining business continuityIncreasing the use of HR analytics and digital HR applicationsEnsuring compliance of HR processes with multi-country labor laws and company policies, and conducting internal control proceduresPreparing the HR budget and tracking actual expendituresDeveloping projects that reinforce corporate culture and valuesDeveloping systems and practices to enhance employee motivation and incentives
