Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the company's business objectivesOverseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relationsProviding strategic HR advice and guidance to the leadership team on matters such as organisational design, talent management and employee engagementEnsuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulationsDriving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to enhance the employee experienceCollaborating cross-functionally to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational cultureA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldAt least 5 years of progressive experience in a senior HR role, preferably within Construction FieldsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisationProficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutionsProven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programmesKnowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices in Indonesia
