Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager-Recruitment Location: OffshoreDepartment: Outsourcing Division RecruitmentReports to: Head of Outsourcing Division / HR DirectorPosition OverviewThe HR Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Outsourcing Division, with a focus on sourcing high-quality talent for white-collar and executive-level positions across sectors including Health, Education, Banking/Fintech and other blue collar related recruitment as well. This role will oversee recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the delivery of timely, efficient, and compliant hiring solutions to meet client and internal staffing needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the divisions business objectives and market expansion plans. Forecast staffing needs and create recruitment roadmaps for multiple projects and clients. Talent Sourcing & AcquisitionIdentify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals). Build and maintain a talent pool for Health, Education, and Banking sectors. Team ManagementLead, train, and mentor recruitment team members to meet performance targets. Allocate tasks and monitor daily activities of recruiters to ensure efficiency. Client EngagementLiaise with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations.

Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs. Process & ComplianceEnsure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in hiring for white-collar and executive positions. Experience in Health, Education, and Banking sectors is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
