Tecnimede Group is a Portuguese multinational company, with more than 40 years of history in the life cycle of the drug product for human use — development, production, promotion and marketing – with the mission to improve and preserve the human life and the human health.Exporting to more than 100 countries worldwide, it is present in 6 countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Colombia and Brazil) with a strong focus in expanding internationally and building strategic partnerships.To strengthen our core team in Morocco - Berrechid, we are looking for an HR MANAGER to join our company:Job Description:Implement the company’s HR strategy, respecting local standards and according to global guidelines;Lead the implementation of HR initiatives including recruitment, performance management, talent management and leadership development;Consult with function leaders to implement a talent and succession planning and review process for building organizational strategies, reviews of talent, plans for growth, development and training;Monitor and guarantee completion on time and accuracy in payroll (outsourced) and administrative tasks;Provide leadership and direction in driving a culture of high performance and accountability;Provide consultation on employee engagement and satisfaction techniques designed to build the desired organizational culture;Understand and abide by current local employment laws/regulations.The Successful Applicant:Higher Education in Psychology, Management of Human Resources or similar;Minimum 5 – 8 years as an HR Business Partner;Having worked with a functional reporting line to an European multinational is a plus;Ability to work autonomously, with a hands-on approach;Experience in MS Office;Experience in SAGE is a plus;Fluent in English - mandatory;Team player, with strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;Reliable and organized, with autonomy and strong communications skills;Ability to work under pressure;Good Knowledge of Moroccan labor law;Located in Berrechid or able to move to Berrechid (not mandatory but ideally);Mastering Payroll management and its control.We offer:Good working environment, with development opportunities;Good salary conditions;Health insurance;Permanent contract.
