Job Description

Brink’s is seeking a dynamic HR Market Unit Lead to provide strategic leadership and partnership across our Andean & Caribbean operations. This is a director-level role with high visibility, responsible for driving transformation, aligning HR practices with business goals, and building a culture of performance and engagement across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support both regional and global objectives.- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and major transformation initiatives.- Manage complex change programs, ensuring alignment, engagement, and minimal disruption.- Mentor and lead HR teams across several countries, fostering growth, inclusion, and high performance.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and anticipate regulatory changes.- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement new technologies.- Champion Brink’s values and culture, building a values-driven, high-performing organization.Profile Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role covering multiple countries or regions.- Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation and change initiatives.- Strong strategic thinking and agility to align HR practices with business goals.- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment.- Expertise in talent management, performance management, and leadership development across diverse cultures.- Advanced knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).- Availability for occasional trips.Why join us?This is a unique opportunity to shape the people agenda of one of the most dynamic regions in Latin America, influencing senior leadership decisions and leaving a lasting impact on the growth of Brink’s.If you are a strategic HR leader ready to lead transformation and inspire teams across countries, we would love to hear from you.
