The ideal candidate is people-oriented, highly organized, and eager to support HR processes, recruitment, employee experience initiatives, and internal operations.
This is a hands-on role requiring precision, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and confidentiality.  Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the Office Manager, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational tasks and dynamic interaction with people.   Location:  Amsterdam (32 – 40 hours)Full-time office presenceWe are looking for candidates living in or near Amsterdam Key Responsibilities:  HR OperationsCoordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications. Support the HR Manager with a wide range of people-related administrative tasks. Draft and process employment documentation such as contract extensions and job changes.
Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS (BambooHR) and ensure records are kept up to date. Track leaves of absence and related documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Support internal HR initiatives such as learning & development sessions, surveys, and programs. Prepare reports and provide HR data insights when required. Maintain and update people-related content on the company intranet. Â Office SupportWork closely with the Office Manager to maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment. Assist with day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination and supply management.
Provide support to front desk and reception duties as needed, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. Help organize and deliver company events and team-building activities, managing logistics and providing onsite assistance. Support internal communications efforts and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency. Administrative Support: Strong experience in managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, and supporting office operations. Communication:

Experience in office coordination or administrative support is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Proficiency in MS365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with SharePoint and/or HRIS platforms (e. g. , BambooHR) is a plus.  Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.  Language:
