Job Description

At Camfil Belgium we are looking for an HR & Office Manager, reporting to the Finance Director, to lead and coordinate all HR and office activities while providing guidance and support to the Managing Director, Management Team, and all employees within Camfil Belgium. The role fosters an efficient, compliant and people-focused workplace.What you will do:Oversee and maintain HR systems including the EMEA HRIS, payroll administration (SD Worx), and absence tracking tool (HRSS).Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of all employee records.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR tools and systems, such as HRIS-payroll integration, implementation of the HRIS Recruitment module, and the Camfil Job Framework.Supporting overall group HR initiatives and needs.Set up, maintain and update HR company policies and internal procedures (e.g. car policy, benefits).Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, FLA tool, coordinate the rollout of the Mobility Budget initiative 2026).Manage the full recruitment cycle, including active talent search via LinkedIn Recruiter and first-round interviews.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.Coordinate employee training programs and ensure effective tracking of learning activities.Follow up on results and actions from the employee engagement platformSupport and coordinate GEEIS Diversity Audits and related diversity and inclusion initiatives.Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing DirectorCoordinate business travel, meetings, and company eventsManage IT equipment and oversee general office administrationWhat you will bring to this role:3+ years of experience in a similar role in HR, preferably within an equivalent international organization, in both strategic and operational areasBachelor’s degree in Human Resources would be preferredFluency in Dutch, French, and English is essentialAbility to manage multiple tasks and a strong motivation to work independently and proactivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levelsForward-thinking, credible, and able to build trust and make a personal impact quicklyWhat we offer:A challenging job within an international environment.Extensive training and guidance to further develop your career.A competitive remuneration package with a motivating bonus program as well as a company car with a fuel card and other benefits (laptop, health insurance, group insurance and dental plan, meal vouchers (€8) and eco vouchers (€250 per year))12 additional ADV-days with a 40-hour workweek.Remote work possibilities could be discussed after 6 monthsAfter an extensive integration phase, you will engage in challenging and rewarding work at a globally active, dynamic, and growing company.
