Job Title: HR, Office Manager & Executive Assistant Location: Singapore Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a dynamic role at the intersection of people, operations, and leadership support. You will gain hands-on experience managing HR processes, overseeing day-to-day office operations, and working closely with senior leadership as their trusted executive assistant. The role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced venture capital fund and the chance to play a key part in shaping both the employee experience and the efficiency of our organisation. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee engagement. Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters. Office Management Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.Organise company events, team activities, and employee welfare initiatives. Ensure a well-functioning, efficient, and positive workplace environment. Handle basic finance/admin tasks such as expense tracking, invoices, and office budgets. Executive Assistance Provide direct support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence. Manage calendars, prioritise requests, and ensure smooth communication flow across the leadership team. Support investor relations and external communications where needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, office management, or executive support (experience in a fast-paced or startup/VC environment is a plus). Strong knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a lean, dynamic team
