This position plays a key role in supporting our growing team, maintaining company standards, and fostering a professional and efficient work environment.Main ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new employees to support business expansion Handle monthly payroll and employee records accurately and on time Check and ensure if employees’ daily working hours, etiquettes and safety practices comply with company standards Manage office expenses, purchasing, and budget trackingOrganise internal events for the company and employees to enhance human bonding, well-being, satisfaction as well as loyalty to the company Maintain office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships Support HR compliance and coordination with regional HR teams Contribute to a positive, efficient, and people-focused office culture🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR or Office Administration (preferably in a multinational environment) Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🌍 What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits Dynamic international work environment Career growth opportunities within a fast-expanding global company Modern workspace located in Treasury Tower, Jakarta
