该职位来源于猎聘  HR function job , especial for Recruiting:Conduct annual recruiting plan according to business development;Prepare Weekly Personnel Requisition coordination with plant management team and AP HR, report and update the hiring status weekly;Weekly update Recruiting plan, work with braking team to update DL/IDL/SAL name and cost center;The execution of employee hiring and placement procedure. Assist Manager to select resume and recommend suitable candidate for interview;  ER:Participate in employee communication including probation assessment, contract review, ECI and exit interview, feedback to HR manager;Assist in Employee’s retention and improve employee’s engagement, organize activities such as round table meeting, team building.Know well Chinese labor law, reduce labor arbitration case.  Communication, Execution for continuous improvement:Attend business meeting, communicate frequent with floor, office people, to keep feedback tracked and followed, developed or drive the action plan to be done;Support production, engineering, shift support teams/departments to enhance discipline management, update policy/working procedure time by time.
