HR Officer for Awesome CX by Transcom DavaoAwesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a HR Officer for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on This role will focus on onboarding, offboarding, as well as general admin support.Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Human Resource OfficerResponsibilitiesOnboarding and OffboardingCreate a positive onboarding and offboarding experience for employees by coordinating with key partners on all aspects of the hiring and exit processCoordinate, track, and collect all new hire paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, and system registrations (employee benefits and perks)Manage the buddy program and assist in the continuous improvement of the program based on feedbackManage the system deactivations of employee benefits and perks during offboardingOnboarding tasks oversightCoordinating buddy deploying Asana board (it is impactful, good feedback, especially for lower-level employees)Work with Carden to make sure IT is setOffboarding tasksReformat and manipulate Bamboo data to Rippling formatEDI checking review if new employee is in UNUMVolunteer life insurance enrollmentFollow up on training completionReferral bonus management (we should automate this)Draft copy for internal benefits promotionUpdate documents policies, new hire orientation, handbook, offer templatesAdmin and General SupportProvide administrative support and ensure that policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory mannerProvide timely follow-up to employee inquiries related to employee benefits and perks and/or refer issues to HR ManagerAdministrative management of the HRIS (Rippling) data and document integrity, reporting, and platform customizationsRespond to requests for information related to HR policies, new hire onboarding, HR tech, etc., and/or refer issues to HR ManagerHelp to improve engagement across all employee benefits and perksManage Referral Bonus ProgramProvide support with promoting benefits and perks and communicating updates regarding new and existing company benefits and perksUpdate and maintain HR documents (Policies, New Hire Orientation Packet, Handbook, Offer Templates, etc.) and recordsEnsure timely company completion of mandatory annual trainingsAssist with ad hoc HR projects and initiativesTo Be Successful In This Role You MustHave experience working in the Human Resource departmentPreferably a graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource-related majorCurrently residing in Davao CityCan work the night shift and on weekends if necessaryGood written and verbal communication skillsCan start immediately.
