Personnel administration Base in Brussels About Our ClientOur customer is active in the financial services industry.Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end personnel administration and serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the HR Manager, contributing to a growing and evolving organization.Responsibilities Independently manage the full personnel administration for employees Prepare and finalize monthly payroll processing. Handle employee onboarding and ensure the proper administrative processing of new contracts. Monitor and register all legal obligations and regulations in an HR system. Oversee attendance policies and ensure strict follow-up. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions. Provide proactive support to the HR Manager on all HR-related matters.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience: A degree in Human Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in payroll administration. Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with great attention to detail. Proficiency in common HR and administrative software.
